Team XSAMA Gymnastics Tumbling program is taught on our 40x54 foot Gymnastics Spring Floor using familiar gymnastics equipment such as barrels, wedge mats, and folding mats.
Team XSAMA also has a 13'x30' Air Track to assist the student learn harder and higher level skills.
In the Team XSAMA Tumbling Program our athletes learn exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, endurance and control.
The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, chest and abdominal muscle groups.
Alertness, precision, daring, self-control and self-discipline are mental traits that can also be developed through gymnastics.
