XTREME KICKBOXING (XKB)
Is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. The objective of cardio kickboxing is not to make a "fighter" out of you, but rather to give you a holistic, total-body training program that combines an aerobic workout with the movements and techniques of martial arts.

This class will blast your cardio in ways you didn't know possible! XKB utilizes the Team XSAMA FIGHT heavy bags, focus mitts, floor bags and others to take your cardio to the next level. This class trains you for the "main fight" and will get you looking like a professional fighter. Start your day with an adrenaline kicking workout!

Our 10 minute Ab Blitz focuses on each part of the abdominals & obliques. Define your abs and slim down your sides using exercises that will make your average crunches and sit-ups a thing of the past.
XKB classes are 45 minutes long
