Our Rising Starz (RS) classes offers plenty of fun for this age group in a high energy format, promoting balance, focus, listening and motor skills, coordination and friendship. All done in small learning classes. 

The instructors are caring and loving and understand what it takes to teach this age group to ensure their daily success. 

Rising Starz (RS) classes are 30-45 minutes in length, allowing us take advantage of the best portion of this age groups' limited attention span. Rising Starz (RS) classes see the best of what our program has to offer including Parkour, Taekwondo, Gymnastics Floor Tumbling, Hip Hop Dance and Character Development, while maintaining a consistent M-F 4:00pm class time.
